Photo Editor, choose the photo you want to edit.

to open the slideout menu.

In the slideout menu that opens, tap

Tap a thumbnail to apply the effect.

Tap anywhere on the screen to change where the effect is applied.

to save changes.
The edited photo is saved as a new photo. The original photo remains unedited.
