Other backup options
If you want, you can separately back up your data or files.
Some apps allow you to back up data to the storage card—if it's used as removable storage—so you can easily restore them after a factory reset. Just make sure not to erase the storage card when you do a factory reset.
In certain apps, you may be able to use the phone storage for backing up and restoring app data. If an app is causing some problem and you need to clear its data to try resolving the problem, back up the app data to the phone storage first.
