Turning your phone on and off

When you turn on your phone for the first time, you’ll need to set it up.

Turning your phone on

Press and hold the Power button until the phone vibrates.

Turning your phone off

1. If the display is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
2. Press the Power and Volume up buttons at the same time to open the options menu.
3. Tap Power off.

Tip: If you want to open the options menu by pressing and holding the Power button, go to Settings, tap System > Gestures > Press & hold power button, and then select Power menu.
