The IMEI and MEID are numerical codes that uniquely identify your phone. You may need to find the IMEI/MEID and serial number of your phone when you want to get service.
Do one of the following:

Go to
Settings, and then tap
About phone.
You'll see the IMEI listed.
Tap
Model to see the serial number.

Phone app, and then enter
*#06#.
