Take a selfie or choose an existing photo to use for your avatar's face when creating your avatar.
Here's how:

On your phone, open
VIVERSE Worlds.

Tap the tab at the bottom-center that shows your avatar.

Tap
in the upper right.

Tap
Create avatar.
Note: If this is your first time creating an avatar in the
VIVERSE Worlds app, you'll need to agree to the Terms of Use to continue.

Tap the left or right arrow button, then tap
Create realistic avatar when it appears.
Tip: You can also create a virtual character avatar. Follow the onscreen instructions to customize the appearance of your avatar.

Choose a base model to start with.

On the
Personalize your avatar screen, use any of the following methods to create your avatar:

- Read the displayed tips for taking selfies and then tap
Start.
- Tap
 to take a selfie.

| Use an existing photo |
- To skip the selfie tips, tap
Skip.
- Tap
 below the viewfinder window and select your photo, then tap
Open.

Choose clothes and accessories for your avatar.

When you're finished, tap
Next and then tap
Save.
The avatar you've created will be used as your default avatar in
VIVERSE apps and services.
Tip: On the
Choose avatar screen, you can do any of the following:
- Select an avatar and tap
Set as active to set it as your default avatar.
- Tap
and choose whether to edit an avatar or delete it.
