How do I reboot the phone using hardware buttons?

Try holding down one of the button combinations below.

Do one of the following:
- In phones that have pressure-sensitive buttons such as HTC EXODUS 1 and HTC U12‍+, press and hold the POWER button until the phone vibrates, and then release your finger.
- Hold down the VOLUME DOWN and POWER buttons at the same time. Release the buttons when the phone vibrates.
- Hold down the VOLUME UP and POWER buttons at the same time until the phone restarts.
- Hold down the VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN, and POWER buttons at the same time for up to 2 minutes.
On some phones, some of these combinations may power the phone on into the Bootloader or Download Mode screen. Use the VOLUME buttons to navigate between options, and then press POWER to select an option.
Select Reboot. In older phone models, you may need to select Fastboot first, and then select Reboot.

Note: Make sure you do not select the other options on the screen. Doing so may void your warranty or brick your phone.
