Android™ 6.0 Marshmallow brings improvement to battery life, lets you use your storage card either as removable or internal storage, and more.
Battery saving improvements
Doze mode and App standby help to preserve battery life by restricting network access when the phone is not charging and the phone or apps aren't being used for an extended period of time.
There's also battery optimization for apps which helps prolong battery standby time when you're not using the phone. For details, see Battery optimization for apps.
