If
HTC 5G Hub freezes, you can still restart it.

Insert the tip of the pin tool all the way into the bottom left hole at the back panel.

Press and hold the tool on the RECOVERY button inside the hole. Then press the POWER button for 14 seconds.

When your device restarts, release the buttons.
