How do I find the IMEI/MEID and serial number of my phone?

• Tap System > About phone > Phone identity.
• Tap About phone > Phone identity.

• In phones that have pressure-sensitive buttons such as HTC U12+, press and hold the POWER button until the phone vibrates, and then release your finger.

• In other HTC phones, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and POWER buttons at the same time. When the phone vibrates, release the POWER button while continue pressing VOLUME DOWN.

When the Download mode screen appears, navigate to System info, and then press POWER.
