Resetting network settings

Reset the network settings when you're having problems connecting HTC Desire 12 to your mobile data or Wi‍-Fi network and Bluetooth devices.

1. From the Home screen, swipe up and then find and tap Settings.
2. Tap More > Network settings reset.
3. In dual SIM phone models, tap to select a card slot.
4. Tap Reset settings.
5. Tap Reset settings.
