Why are none of my results showing up in my UA Record account?
Your
UA Scale may not be syncing with your
UA Record account if your
UA Scale has no Internet connection.
Make sure your
UA Scale is within range of a
Wi-Fi router that supports
Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g.
If you connected your UA Scale to a Wi-Fi network that requires a security certificate, then your UA Scale won't be able to access the network.
