Why does my body fat value vary throughout the day?

A person's measured body fat can be affected by several factors including: exercise, water intake, posture, consumption of food, or footwear. The recommended way to measure body fat is to follow a strict set of conditions. For example, with bare feet, measure your body fat every morning at 6:00 AM before drinking your first cup of water. If your UA Scale has been moved, give it five minutes for its sensors to stabilize before using.
