To solve this issue, you can turn
Bluetooth and
Wi-Fi on your smart device off and on, then try again.
If it doesn't work, you may need to reset your
RE by following these steps:

Hold your
RE with the lens facing up.

Open the
microSD slot cover located at the bottom of your
RE.

Push the tip of a small bent paperclip onto the Reset button. You'll hear the startup sound.
