When you need to add a little more to a text message, you can send a multimedia message (MMS) with pictures, voice recordings, audio or video files.
Important: Before attaching and sending a video, compress it first so that the file size doesn't exceed the message size limit.
From the Home screen, swipe up and then find and tap Messages.
Enter a contact name, mobile number, or email address in the
To field. Or select a contact from the list.
- Tap inside the text box, and then choose an attachment type, such as a sticker, photo or video, a voice recording, or your location.
Tap the text box, and then enter a caption or text.
Tap to send, or press to save the message as a draft.
Note: Depending on the resolution of your photo or video attachments, they may be displayed as cropped thumbnails in your multimedia message.
