The
RE app can't detect my
RE. What should I do?
If you can't find your
RE from the
Pick your RE screen, you can try the following steps:
- Tap to scan for available devices again.
- Make sure that your
RE is powered on and within 10 meters of your phone.
- Check that
RE is not connected to another phone.
- Reset your
RE.
- Relaunch the
RE app and try pairing your
RE and phone again.
