HTC Recognized for ESG Leadership: EcoVadis Silver Medal, FTSE4Good Index Series, FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index, and CD

HTC Corporation today announced several important ESG achievements, reflecting the company’s continued progress in environmental sustainability, responsible supply chain management, ESG disclosure, and corporate governance.

HTC received a 2026 EcoVadis Silver Medal for the fifth consecutive year, was again selected as a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series for the fifth year in a row, remained a constituent of the FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index, and delivered strong performance in the 2025 CDP evaluation results, which were released this year. Together, these recognitions highlight HTC’s long-term commitment to strengthening ESG practices across its business and value chain, while advancing towards net-zero.

HTC was awarded a Silver Medal in the 2026 EcoVadis sustainability rating, marking the company’s fifth consecutive year to receive this recognition. Founded in 2007, EcoVadis is one of the world’s most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings, having assessed more than 150,000 companies globally. Its evaluation focuses on four key pillars of sustainability: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. In EcoVadis’s 2026 evaluation, HTC ranked in the top 14% of all companies assessed, and also retained its designation of “Leader” in the Carbon Management Level category for the third consecutive year.

HTC has continually been selected for the FTSE4Good Index Series, and 2026 marks the company’s fifth consecutive year as a constituent. Created by FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social, and Governance practices. HTC’s continued inclusion reflects its sustained efforts on ESG standards. In the latest FTSE ESG rating, HTC excelled in key supply chain themes, including Environmental Supply Chain and Social Supply Chain, highlighting the company's responsible supply chain management.

This year, HTC was again selected as a constituent of the prestigious FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index. Co-compiled by the Taiwan Index Plus Corporation and FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good TIP Taiwan ESG Index evaluates companies based on Environmental, Social, Governance, and financial indicators. HTC’s continued inclusion highlights the company’s efforts in environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

HTC continued to demonstrate strong performance in the 2025 CDP evaluation results released this year. HTC once again achieved A-grade status on the CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment Leaderboard, marking its third consecutive year to receive the highest recognition in this area. With more than 22,000 companies participating in CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment globally, HTC’s continued A-grade rating underscores its strong supply chain management capability. CDP is one of the world’s largest environmental disclosure organizations and an important reference for investors evaluating carbon emissions and environmental risk. HTC has participated in CDP since 2008, and has voluntarily disclosed information related to climate risks, development opportunities, emissions, and management mechanisms.
