The sound cuts out when I'm making a call over the Internet
You may experience the sound cutting out when making a phone call over the Internet, whether via data connection or Wi‍-Fi.
Changing your OK Google settings may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:
  1. Open the Google Search app, tap the Menu icon and then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Voice > “Ok Google” Detection.
  3. Tap From any screen to toggle the setting.
