My phone's notification LED isn't lighting up
You may be experiencing any of these issues:
  • The notification LED does not light when the phone is charging.
  • The notification LED does not light when system alerts activate (such as notifications of new mail).
Note: Some phones do not support notification LED activity. Check the details of your phone on the HTC website to see if this LED behavior is supported by your phone.
If the LED indicator behavior does not work as intended, check the LED notification settings. Follow these steps to turn on LED notification:
  1. Go to Settings > Sound & notification.
  2. Tap Flash LED for notifications.
  3. Tap Always.
  4. Tap Manage LED notifications.
  5. Select the apps that will trigger to LED notifications.
Power cycling your phone may help to solve the issue. Follow these steps:
  1. Press and hold the POWER button until the Phone Options appear.
  2. Tap Power Off and wait for the phone to fully turn off.
  3. Wait for a few moments, and then turn the phone on by pressing and holding the POWER button.
