How can I restore deleted photos

You may be experiencing any of these issues:

Photos were deleted from your phone
Photos were deleted from your cloud storage

You may be able restore your device's photos from cloud storage where you have stored or backed them up.If your photos were backed up to Google Photos™ and deleted less than 60 days ago, follow these steps:

Open the trash folder in your photos app. Photos > Menu > Trash
Tap and hold the photos you want to recover.
Tap the restore icon to return the photo back to your phone, your Auto Backups, and into any albums it was in.

Note: If you don’t see the photo you want to restore in your trash, that unfortunately means that the photo can’t be restored. You won’t be able to restore a photo if:

It was deleted more than 60 days ago.
You emptied your trash after deleting it.
It was never backed up to Google Photos.
