Clean the surface of the lens and the surrounding area carefully.
Take a photo to see if the image is affected. If the photo seems normal, the issue was most likely surface dirt on the lens surface.
If the problem persists, the lens may be physically damaged. Examine the lens surface and the surrounding area. If there is damage to the lens or the surrounding area, or if the glass is broken, contact HTC to set up a repair.
