What can I do if HTC 5G Hub‍ will not power on?

Before anything else, first make sure the battery isn't completely drained.

Try the following if your device won't power on:

• Plug your device into the charger for at least 5-10 minutes to allow the battery to charge.

  Make sure you're using the HTC power charger provided in the box, and check the wall socket to make sure it is receiving power. It's best to charge using a wall socket instead of a USB connection when troubleshooting power issues.

• After you have confirmed the device is charged, try to power it on by pressing and holding the POWER button until the screen illuminates.
