Adding Home screen widgets

Widgets make at-a-glance important information and media content readily available.

Here's how to add a home screen widget in HTC 5G Hub mode.

From the Dashboard, swipe left until you see the home screen panel you want.
Press and hold an empty space on the home screen panel to open the Options menu.
Tap Add widgets.
Scroll through the widgets, or tap to search for a specific widget.
Press and hold a widget, and then drag it to a home screen panel you want to add it to.

Moving a Home screen item

You can easily move a widget or icon from one home screen panel to another.

Here's how to move a widget or icon on the home screen in HTC 5G Hub mode.

Press and hold a Home screen item with one finger.
With another finger, flick left or right to scroll to another home screen panel.
Release the item to where you want to move it to.

Changing the widget settings

You can modify basic settings of some widgets.

Press and hold a widget on your Home screen, and then drag it to .
Customize the widget settings.

Resizing a widget

Some widgets can be resized after you've added them to your Home screen.

Press and hold a widget on the Home screen, and then release your finger. If a border appears, that means the widget is resizable.
Drag the sides of the border to enlarge or shrink the widget size.
