When not in a call, how do I make the Phone dialer list my contacts with their profile pictures and not the call history?

The HTC Phone app lists the call history first and then your phonebook contacts in the Phone tab.

• While in the Phone tab, scroll down until you see your contacts and their respective profile pictures.
  Note: In earlier Phone app versions, you need to switch to the large dial pad first. Tap > Large dial pad.
• You can also swipe to the People tab to access your contacts.
