How do I find the IMEI/MEID and serial number of HTC 5G Hub‍?

The IMEI and MEID are numerical codes that uniquely identify your HTC device. You may need to find its IMEI‍/‍MEID and serial number when you want to get service.

Go to Settings, and then tap System > About device. Tap Model & hardware and IMEI to check the serial number and IMEI respectively.

If you're unable to turn on HTC 5G Hub‍, do the following:

1. Insert the tip of the pin tool all the way into the bottom left hole at the back panel.
2. Press and hold the pin tool on the RECOVERY button inside the hole. Then press and hold the POWER button.

   Release these buttons when the screen comes on.

3. If you don't see Reboot to Download, press the RECOVERY button until this option shows.
4. Press the POWER button to confirm selecting Reboot to Download.
5. Press the POWER button to confirm selecting System info.

   You'll then see the serial number, IMEI, and other device information.

6. To go back to the previous screen, press the POWER button.
7. To restart or turn off HTC 5G Hub‍, press and hold the pin tool on the RECOVERY button repeatedly to navigate to the Reboot or Power down option. Then press the POWER button.
