Why can't I pair my phone to my UA Scale?
If you are having trouble pairing your phone to your
UA Scale™, first check if you've enabled
Bluetooth® on your phone.
Additionally, do the following:
- Check if your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0 LE.
- Check if there are other phones currently connected to your UA Scale.
