My RE doesn't respond when I press the Shutter button. How do I fix this?

You can try the steps below to solve the problem:

• Check if you have the lens cap on. If so, remove the lens cap and try again.
• Try to press the Shutter button again and check if the indicator LED turns on. If so, it's working properly. You can follow the steps below to turn on or turn up the camera sound:

1. On the RE app, go to Settings.
2. Tap Camera settings > Camera sounds.
3. Select the volume level.
4. Press the Shutter button again and check if the indicator LED light turns on. If not, connect your RE to a power source.
