HTC Sync Manager is not available for use with HTC Desire 12, HTC Desire 12+, HTC U12+, and later phone models. It is also no longer supported in HTC phones that were updated to
Android 9 such as HTC U11 and HTC U11+.
If you have HTC U11 or HTC U11+ with
Android 8, HTC U11 EYEs or earlier phone models, you can still use
HTC Sync Manager to do the following:
View and manage media on your computer and phone
- Browse and manage music, photos, and videos that are on your computer and your phone.
- Import
iTunes and
Windows Media Player playlists from your computer to
HTC Sync Manager.
- Create playlists from music on your phone or your computer and then sync these playlists to both devices.
- Play music and videos using the built-in player.
Transfer content
- Transfer
iPhone photos, contacts, and more to your HTC phone.
- Import music, photos, and videos from your HTC phone to your computer.
- Copy selected music, photos, or videos from your computer to your phone.
- Import documents from your computer to your phone.
Back up and restore
Back up your HTC phone to your computer so you can easily restore your backup to the same phone or to another HTC phone.
Sync data
Sync data between your phone and your computer.
