My device's Home screen keeps crashing

You may be experiencing any of these issues:

You receive a "‍Usage and error reporting Message"‍ returning to the home screen.
You receive an error message when returning to the home screen stating HTC Sense Home has crashed.

Updating the phone software can correct the issue by installing any fixes that may have been released.

Ensure the phone is fully updated. Follow these steps:
