My phone turns off randomly

Your phone may be turning off randomly. This may be caused by an app that has been installed or a hardware issue. Follow these steps:

Ensure that your phone is actually turning off, rather than just going into sleep mode. Press the POWER button. If the lock screen displays right away, the phone is going into sleep mode.
If any apps were installed recently, see My apps are not working for further assistance.
If the battery indicator shows less than 10% power, you must charge your phone.
