Why does the weather clock widget only appear on HTC BlinkFeed sometimes?

By default, the weather clock widget doesn't show on HTC BlinkFeed™. This is because the widget panel which is your main Home screen by default, already has the weather clock widget.

Once you select HTC BlinkFeed as your main Home screen, the weather clock widget will show on HTC BlinkFeed. For further information, see How can I remove the app suggestions on the HTC Sense Home widget?
