Supporting Taiwan's talent through practical actions
The cultivation and development of talents has always been the operation and development goal that HTC attaches great importance to. In response to the wave of ESG and DEI, and global companies' emphasis on talent social responsibility, HTC continued to participate in and support the "TALENT, In Taiwan, Talent EGS Action Alliance" through actions in 2023, collaborating with "CommonWealth Learning", "Cheers Happy Workers", and more than 200 alliance partners in Taiwan to promote and advocate for this plan, create a hope project for talent cultivation, and create a better future for every worker.
