I'm missing incoming calls which I don't hear

You may be missing incoming calls on your phone, despite not hearing them. An incoming call can accidentally be muted by pressing the back key, especially when the phone is in a pocket or bag.

A system update may resolve the issue; your phone's system should be updated to Android 4.4.3 or higher. Ensure the phone is fully updated, by following these steps:

Navigate to Settings > System Updates. The exact path will differ depending on your phone.
These are the three typical paths:
