Training Result
In order to cultivate HTC employees to quickly respond to fierce challenges from global technology and grasp the industrial pulse, in addition to upgrading the professional technical annual training courses and department professional courses, in conjunction with HTC's policy, organizational learning planning was conducted, coupled with external training subsidies and other measures. As the epidemic gradually subsides in 2023, the company's internal and external training will gradually resume, and various departments will pay more and more attention to the career development and learning of employees. Training-related expenses increase from NT$2.08 million in 2022 to NT$3.7 million.
