Why can't I pair my UA Heart Rate to my UA Band?

If your UA Heart Rate is connected to your phone via the UA Record™ app, you won't be able to pair your UA Heart Rate to your UA Band. Try closing the UA Record app and after a short time you should be able to start your UA Band workout and see your UA Heart Rate connect.
