I'm having trouble with my phone's functions

If any basic functions such as vibrate, call alert, camera use, etc. are not working properly follow these steps:

Disabling and then re-enabling the function in Settings may resolve the issue.

Some issues can also be resolved by power cycling your phone. Follow these steps:

1. Press and hold POWER until the Phone Options appear.

2. Select Power Off and wait for the phone to fully turn off.

3. Wait for a few moments, and then power the phone on by pressing and holding the POWER button.

You may also try removing third-party apps that were installed before the issue began.
