You may be experiencing any of these issues:

• The notification LED does not light when the phone is charging.
• The notification LED does not light when system alerts activate (such as notifications of new mail).

NOTE: Some phones do not support notification LED activity. Check the details of your phone on the HTC website to see if this LED behavior is supported by your phone.

If the LED indicator behavior does not work as intended, check the LED notification settings. Follow these steps to turn on LED notification:

1. Navigate to Settings > Display & gestures > Notification light.
2. Tap the setting to turn it On.

Some issues can be resolved by power cycling your phone. Follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the POWER button until the Power Options appear.
2. Select Power Off and wait for the phone to fully turn off.
3. Wait for a few moments, and then power the phone on by pressing and holding the POWER button.
