You may be experiencing any of these issues:

• Cosmetic scratches on the camera lens
• Camera lens appears "cracked" or damaged
• Photos are consistently blurry

In most cases, this is cosmetic damage and does not affect the quality of the pictures. Follow these steps:

1. Clean the surface of the lens and the surrounding area carefully.
2. Take a picture to see if the image seems affected by any lens damage.
   If the picture now seems normal, the issue was most likely surface dirt on the lens surface.

If the problem persists, the lens may be physically damaged and you may need to:

1. Examine the lens surface and the surrounding area.
   If there is damage to the lens or the surrounding area, or if the glass is broken, bring it to your nearest HTC service center for inspection.
