You can use data roaming to connect to your mobile operator’s partner networks and access data services when you’re out of your mobile operator’s coverage area.
NOTE: Using data services while roaming may be costly. Check with your mobile operator for data roaming rates before you use data roaming. See How to manage your data usage.
To manage data roaming, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Wireless & networks.
Tap More.
Tap Mobile networks.
Check or clear the Data roaming option.
