You may be experiencing any of these issues:
If the Mobile HotSpot app is no longer displayed in the Apps list, this feature is still available through the Settings menu. Follow these steps to locate the Mobile HotSpot feature:
To add the Wi-Fi HotSpot widget to the home screen for quick and easy access, tap and hold on any blank area of the home screen and select Add apps and widgets. The Wi-Fi Hotspot widget is available under the Widgets category.
Contacts may also be missing after a system update. Contacts that were on the phone and were not backed up on other media, cannot be recoved.
Contacts stored on a PC app such as Outlook may also be recovered by using HTC Sync Manager to re-sync the contacts to the device. Follow these steps to recover contacts associated with an account (Google, Exchange, etc):
