You may be experiencing any of these issues:

• An app seems to be causing problems with your phone.
• Your phone is downloading data even though you aren't using any apps which need a data connection.

Even if they are not used often, some apps may be running in the background, downloading data or causing your phone's system to slow down or crash. In these situations it is useful to disable an app instead of uninstalling it, to see if the problem is resolved. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Apps.
2. Swipe to the All tab.
3. Select the app you wish to disable.
4. Tap Disable.
