I can't view my phone's photos on my PC

When your phone is connected to your computer via USB, you may be unable to see new photos you took recently, though you can still see photos you took previously.

Clearing your media storage data can resolve this issue. Follow these steps: 

1. Drag down the notification bar. 
2. Navigate to Settings > Apps > All tab > Media Storage > Clear data.
3. Tap OK.
   NOTE: The gallery may appear empty before you restart your phone, or for a few minutes after the restart. 
   
   
4. Restart your phone.
