My Bluetooth music stops after receiving a call

These factors can cause Bluetooth device performance issues:

  • Pairing issues
  • Connecting the device in more than one mode

Re-pairing your Bluetooth headset may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings and toggle Bluetooth off and on.
2. Un-pair and re-pair the headset.

Changing your Bluetooth headset's connection with your phone may also resolve the issue. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Locate your device in the list of paired devices.
3. Tap on the settings icon at the right of the device you want to use. These connection modes will be displayed:

Phone audio
Media audio
Contact sharing

4. Check Media audio and make sure the others are unchecked.

NOTE: You won't be able to answer calls this way via the headset. After ending the call, music on your phone should begin to immediately play again via the headset.
