You may be experiencing any of these issues:

• HTC Backup did not restore all of your settings or apps.
• HTC Backup did not restore all of your apps.
• Restored apps are not working properly.

In some cases, HTC Backup cannot retrieve all your apps and setttings from your cloud service backup due to extended network connectivity issues or missing or corrupt files. You will need to manually change settings or re-install apps.

NOTE: HTC Backup will restore free apps from Google Play, but paid apps must be re-downloaded and installed from Google Play.

Follow these steps to resolve issues with restored apps which aren't working properly:

1. Uninstall and re-install the app.
2. Contact the app developer for advice.
3. See My apps are not working properly.
