I can¡¦t hear my call clearly

You may be experiencing any of the following sound quality issues:

  • I cannot hear the caller.
  • My caller can’t hear me.
  • I keep hearing static.
  • My call is disconnected.
  • The audio quality or volume level fluctuates during the call.

When changing phone positions, noise cancellation may take between 10-15 seconds to adjust. If you still experience call quality issues after this time, follow these steps to help you resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that the noise cancellation microphone located on the back of the phone is not being covered.
  2. Ensure your audio accessory is fully charged and try again; use different headphones or Bluetooth accessories if the issue reoccurs.
  3. Reboot the device and attempt to call the person back.
  4. Contact your carrier to troubleshoot network signal or dropped calls.
