I'm having problems downloading apps from Google Play Store
You may be experiencing any of these issues:
You receive the message "Starting to Download" when attempting to download an app from Google Play Store, but the app download does not complete.
You receive the message "Installing when attemping to install an app from Google Play Store, but the app installation does not complete.
Follow this checklist to address common causes of these issues:
Confirm the device is on the list of supported devices.
For paid apps, make sure your Google Wallet account is up to date.
Make sure you have enough space in your phone's storage to download the app.
Restarting the download or installation process may resolve the issue. Follow these steps:
Cancel and restart the download.
Check your network connection is still active. If you are using an active mobile data connection, try using a Wi-Fi network. If you are using an active Wi-Fi network, try using a mobile data connection or another Wi-Fi network.
Navigate to Settings > Apps, select Google Play Store, Storage then tap Cleardata and Clear cache.
Power cycling your phone may also solve the issue. Follow these steps:
Press and hold the POWER button until the Phone Options appear.
Select Power Off and wait for the phone to fully turn off.
Wait for a few moments, and then power the phone on by pressing and holding the POWER button.
