: We have recently identified that some customers using the HTC U Play may experience battery issues if they have VoLTE enabled on their device.
We're currently working to resolve this issue but in the meantime, we recommend that you disable VoLTE on your HTC U Play to mitigate the problem.

- If the issue started recently, uninstalling apps that have been installed since shortly before the start of the issue may help. Some apps are not optimized for battery use as well as others, and may affect the battery life of a device. Go to or App Manager.
