I feel this is a real attempt from HTC to make a superior phone that everyone can use. Well I have to say HTC did a great job on it! The beautiful Full HD screen, the quad-core performance, dual band wireless, 4G LTE support, and its aluminum design make this phone shine and fly down the super highway. Overall: I would highly recommend this device and hope you get it at your local phone store!

I have had many smartphones and this phone by far beats the competition. I never thought that I would find a phone that would give my Samsung Galaxy a run for its money but this phone left it way behind. I would recommend the HTC One to anyone who wants the ultimate smartphone experience.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kenneth Well done, HTC
Impressed in all areas of the phone, especially in comparison to the previous HTC Inspire I had. Better camera, vivid screen, best forward facing camera on market, super fast, and not that cumbersome. The name fits; it just feels like the 'one'.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ShayD Im Lovin It!!!
I love everything about this phone. I love the fact that you can take photos without having to put in your security code in when your phone is locked. You can just press the power button slide the camera icon up and take your photo. Especially handy for the times that you need to capture that moment and don't have a lot of time to do so. I love the live feed for your facebook, twitter, and news. I also love the fact that it only does a automatic live feed when you're connected to Wi-Fi. I love the fact that you can put your apps on your front screen and save them in a little box in categories so that you don't use all your space on your front screen. I love the Zoe feature on the camera and also love the fact that you can take a video and choose a frame from your video and make it a photo. The remote is also cool I have mine hooked up with all my TVs it's so easy to switch from one remote to the other. I love the fact that when it lets you know what's on tv little boxes with the shows' pictures are you on the screen click the photo and it'll take you to the show. The phone moves ultra fast when going through your phone apps, phone book, internet ect. When sending a text you can also speak into the phone so that it writes what you want to say and it actually works!!!! The Beats Audio makes everything sound so good and clear when listening it's like a small radio. Everything on the screen is so clear and crisp like a hd tv. The key pad is extremely accurate when typing. I have small hands and the size of the phone is so comfortable to hold. I'm a heavy user internet, games, ect. and the battery last me all day. This phone a completely amazing!!! I'm so in love!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by BeholdThis Premium look premium feel, downside might be a little too big
I have been a long time user of HTC products, and I have to say, the HTC One is by far the best HTC Android phone I have owned to date. Its ergonomic design and clean lines are suitable for the everyday user as well as the business user. All flattery to HTC aside the screen is gorgeous and by far the best I've seen on a mobile device. The one downside, if you want to call it that, is that the device itself is a little on the large side and I have large hands to begin with, but all things considered that's not too bad of a problem to have. The quality of Beats Audio as an audio profile is debatable and definitely comes down to individual preferences, to me it's simply marketing and not overly impressive. Boom sound, on the other hand is as loud, clear and full sounding as anything in the market, perfect for listening to music on the go.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Bable ONE Phone To Rule Them All
This was my big jump into Android and due to both it's physical elegance and style plus nice hardware it made the switch a breeze. It's a pleasure to hold and behold so while my old phone was seen as a status symbol, this one is much more of a "uniquely functional art piece".
Hardware: The ultrapixel camera does a great job of compensating for it's low mega-pixel count, and I think once there are 8-13 ultrapixel I'm sure it will smash the competition. The remote/IR blaster is great with it's ability to learn new codes from any remote, my stereo, tv, and even air conditioner are all controlled from my phone now.
Software: It's amazing. Sense 5 is smooth, fast, and full of bells and whistles that you never notice until you try using a phone without them. Blinkfeed is great and will only get better as they add more sources and the integration of the music player is excellent.
I could rave for paragraphs about how great the screen, boomsound, sturdiness, navigation, or it's LTE speeds are but what counts is that as a tech snob this is the One phone that could have made my transition to Android so painless.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by NateDW Beats the Iphone hands down
I have had an HTC before, and knew what kind of quality to expect, but this phone has surpassed anything I could have ever hoped for. It's slim design makes it easy to slip into a pocket, and it is ultra powerful. I use it every day, for work and play, and the battery life has exceeded expectations as well. I can surf the web, play games, and listen to music without ever having to worry about using to much battery. The only minus, is the phone does get warm with use. Then again, most smart phones do. I love how feature rich the phone is, and the quality of the screen and pictures. It is a super phone and would recommend it to anyone. This is such a good phone, it will still be relevant several years from now.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by GP85 Absolutely the best phone I have ever had!!!
This phone is a beast. I have several smartphones since Android came out and this phone is the best one I have ever had. I used the S4 and felt like something you buy from a toy store. So went to the One and haven't looked back! The quality, the sound, the screen, the operation, battery, just everything about it has been amazing. I have recommended this device to others and have gotten 20+ people to get it and they are as pleased as I am. Awesome job HTC! Thank you for such an awesome product.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by tcavan1 Once again HTC fails on updates
Took the jump over to HTC assuming they had learned their lesson on updating androids to their latest version but once again I have learned HTC is terrible.
Still no android 4.2 update for U.S. customers. Samsung has had it out for over a month.
Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANY HTC PRODUCT IF YOU WANT ANDROID UPDATES

Rated 1 out of 5Â by grunion Daylight huh?
Phones great except for one major flaw that the engineering department should be whipped for not fixing. The phones great if your in solitary confinement, but some people actually still go outside in the sun, and guess what? YOU CANT SEE THE SCREEN!!!!!!!!! So basically the phone is USELESS half of the time to me. If they had said when I bought it, " Step outside and see if you like holding it an inch from your face and squinting to try and read any but large text!" then I would have had to pass.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by johnxy888 The "MacBook Pro with Retina Display" of smartphones
Precision machined aluminum unibody? check. Absurdly high resolution display? check. All of this backed up with amazing processing power (though that's not true of the 13" MBP+RD, but I digress) makes for a smooth and engaging experience.
It's been a while since I've been this completely satisfied with a smartphone, and for an opinionated smartphone connoisseur like me that is saying something...

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Rebel8530 Excellent Phone!! Crazy nice extra feafures ...however, minor updates needed
The physical design is wonderful. I love the light weight aluminum which does help immensely disperse the heat that is generated away from the internal parts to keep it cool where it needs to be. Other draw back is that the case will get hot, but every phone does get hot this one just helps to keep it cool. As for the Blink Feed, I would love to live without it. Its not a bad program at all, I just think its a waste of time on my end. That, and every time you open you home screen weather you want to check it, It will be using the internet (Wi-Fi or network data) each and every time. Just in the 5 days since I received my phone my usage has increase. So Keep an eye out! The battery works well. Much better than the last HTC. Now if you are on it so much through out the day, yes, you will need to go home and charge it. If your a working class person and cant use the phone at the office but only on breaks then the phone battery will amaze.
To top it all off, there are a few apps there are for the same thing and preinstalled on the phone. You have your normal text message app and then you have AT&T messaging app. The AT&T app will go by what other accounts you have liked a contact to and use that information. For example, my friend hasn't updated his Facebook to reflect his new number. Well, I stated to use the AT&T messenger an it pick up the old Facebook # and not the number I have listed on his contact card so then message when to the wrong number. I could not fine a way to change it.
There are also a ton of apps that come pre installed that I don't or will never use both. It can cause both apps to run at the same time, but I have gone in the settings and disabled them since you cant delete them.
Just as a side not, I know its a relatively new phone but I am having trouble with two apps right now. One has been aware of the issue since march or something like that and the other one I have had to send emails and screenshots of to fix the issue. My point is, if you get a new phone, HTC or not, not all apps will work and if they do, it may not be the same and its not AT&T's fault.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Lmhot Piece of garbage
I was super excited to upgrade my phone. None of my contacts from my phone and social media sites would sync..I spent two hours manually changing and merging, only to turn my phone off and turn it back on and lose everything...all my contacts, apps, photos, 500+ songs, etc. I went back to my carrier, they swapped it out, and thought things were great...all my contacts synced together with ease...except none of my standard, preloaded apps would update. Went back to the store less than 24 hours later, they put me in a new phone AGAIN...my third HTC One in less than two weeks (my second new phone in less than 24 hours) and still the same problem...I am going back tomorrow and getting out of this piece of garbage.
The features are great as far as Internet speed, sound quality and picture quality but not worth the time wasted linking contacts and returning to the store (now to be my fifth time in one week) to deal with the issues this phone has.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Airman1 A groundbreaking advancement in smartphones.
The new HTC One is an excellent smartphone. I have had it for almost 2 months now and have enjoyed every minute of having it. One great thing about this phone running off the Android system is how customizable it is. The audio system in it is outstanding and I have absolutely been blown away by it. NO REGRETS with this purchase.

I love this phone. I am a photographer and I do not carry my camera around on a day to day basis, I only use it for actual shoots, I take most photos on my HTC. I do think the editing on my old HTC worked a little more smoothly than this one, but the quality of the photos is so good, there are not many times I need to Edit them.
Sound Quality is the best I have had on a phone. I do with it would come pre-loaded with better ringtones/notifications, but with all the apps you can get now, it is fine.

I just got this phone in the mail the other day and I love it. Everything is perfectly fine except that it has no korean input for the keyboard. You can change the system language to korean but there still will not be a korean keyboard which means you HAVE to download a 3rd party keyboard which I do not want to do because I love HTC's keyboard already.

This phone just blew my mind. I use to owned an iPhone, Samsung galaxy, and Note. All 3 phones were great, but when I did a little research on the HTC One, I was amazed. The texture is awesome, the HD quality is crystal clear and the beats was music to my ears. Over all the HTC One for me is simply the best phone on the market right now. Believe me when I say, you will get your money's worth when you get the HTC One. Simply Amazing!

The HTC One is an outstanding phone. The camera is great in low light, but nothing to go crazy over. But that's seriously the worst part. The rest of the phone is mind blowing. The front camera, build, screen, audio, and software is fantastic. If you don't like sense get the stock version. You can't go wrong with this phone, and it beats an iPhone any day.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by cfindy Excellent phone, a couple glitches, wish it were smaller
Pros: blazing fast, exceptional screen resolution and color accuracy, attractive design, good battery life, intuitive interface
Cons: why so darn large? phone protrudes from pocket and is MUCH larger than the iphone 4 and 5; the alpha characters on the phone keypad are TINY and gray against a black background, making it nearly impossible to see in the sunlight when you want to search your rolodex; there is no way to change your camera settings to capture photos that are smaller/lower resolution (it takes great photos but they take up approx. 1 MB of space each) so if you take tons of photos, and archive them in Dropbox like I do, count on eating up tons of storage space...I verified this with HTC tech support.
Overall, I think it is the best phone money can buy, but I wish HTC would redesign the phone dial pad, allow photo size to be adjusted, and make the next generation SMALLER!
