Rated 5 out of 5Â by ARGEE Dumped my iPhone 5 for an HTC One
Yes, I have dumped my iPhone 5 for an HTC One and I couldn't be any happier! The HTC One is truly a beautiful phone with a stunning screen and innovative camera. I really like the BlinkFeed feature which replaces the standard home screen into your very own news and social feeds. And HTC's Sense is by far the best Android Skin I've ever seen; it has a clean and organized overall look; and is smooth and quick. Other Skins found in other Android smartphones provide more functionality than Sense 5.0 but I find them to be too cluttered and laggy that I can't stand it, I never felt that way with HTC's Sense as it has a clean and organized overall look.
The HTC One has a very good quality camera even though it's only 4MP. It has optical image stabilization and the Ultrapixels of the camera lets in more light, which means it has low-light abilities/takes great pictures in low-light. Plus, it's super fast!
Aesthetically, HTC's Sense wins hands down! I really recommend the HTC One for anyone looking for the ultimate smartphone, because this one is it.

This phone is AMAZING! I absolutely love it! My Samsung died on me over the weekend leaving me cut off from civilization! lol. Fortunately I was due for an upgrade. Anyway, after doing my research and weighing my options, I chose the HTC One. I've been a die hard Samsung customer for a little while now and had my reservations about veering away to another brand. The 1.7ghz processor w/ 2gb ram, 32GB memory and Beats sound were an instant draw, but to actually experience the functionality of the phone confirmed a total win! I haven't really found anything to dislike.. The only complaint I have is that my texts and posts seem to have more typos.. The screens a little smaller so it's minor adjustment...no biggie and speaking of the screen.. it's crisp and clear! The phone is super fast (even the camera shutter! Almost NO delay!) and sounds fantastic! I highly recommend this phone if you like to stream videos, listen to music, take pictures or just want the BEST phone on the market!

This phone is very fast. I honestly wasn't expecting such good performance out of a 1.7GHz processor, especially considering the extra 200MHz in the Galaxy S4, so this was a pleasant surprise. Everything about the phone feels really fast, and I haven't had any processing troubles. The only thing that could be better is the screen durability. I don't know how it happened, but one day I noticed a crack in the screen. Not a bunch of cracks, but just one single crack. IDK how that h happened. I add being very careful. On well, these things happen. In going to send mine back to HTC and see what they say.

Rated 4 out of 5 Awesome phone with a single drawback
Everything about this phone is just awesome. Except one, IT HEATS UP A LOOOOT. Here is my Pros and Cons,
PROS: 1. Superb style. I love it.
3. Camera. excellent in day light condition but not the best in night (dim light)
4. Speed. Lightening processing speed.
CONS: 1. HEATS UP. Emits excessive heat, even on normal use for more than 15 mins. ITS Annoying.
2. Power button. Every time am searching for it. It should be little projected.

The HTC One is by far the absolute best phone I've ever used. Sense 5 works like a dream and the interface is extremely user friendly. The aesthetics on this phone are astounding, the photos and and videos do it no justice, you truly have to feel it to understand the engineering that went into this thing.
Keep up the great work HTC, continue making the most sleek and durable phones available.

A couple weeks ago it appears the HTC pushed a software update to my phone. I purchased the phone this summer and had no problems at all with it until this new software was downloaded. Immediately thereafter I started seeing some issues that up until then were not there.
On some of my websites that i view, (responsive mobile sites) the click to call icon has disappeared although the blank space where the icon used to be still will function when depressed... its just that the icon is gone.
Also.. i started seeing some glitches in the way the software functioned for my emails... its like the screen would glitch up and flicker very quickly but only for a second.
Also, my credit card processing application no longer functions.
This credit card processing issue is much more important to me than the icon since i can no longer process my credit card transactions... not a good thing for my business!
I would love if someone could help me out with these issues.

Great phone! Could be better with micro SD slot, better battery, automatic playlist in the music app, a separate video player app, a wide scroller, USB mass storage feature rather than MTP. Apart from the last these are the major things that the Samsung Galaxy (apart from the hype) has over HTC.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by IXNOR Great phone.....kind of
The phone, as a piece of technology, is quite excellent. The camera is good, the speakers are great, the screen is nice and big, it is fast, and overall, it is pretty easy to use. Until it decided to stop charging after 2 months. Now my phone is always in landscape mode (not by my choosing), rarely charges, and the screen never turns off. All incoming calls are immediately put on speaker, and the screen locks when the call is connected. I know this problem has been reported, and I know I am not the only one with this problem. If a phone is going to have as much hype as this, it aught to work after a few months.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by sarsew as bad as an iPhone
If it seems like I have a hard time writing this review it's because I have, with a shattered screen I find this difficult. I was very disappointed to find that my screen was shattered after virtually no interaction with it...it is even hard (by that I mean I still have not found) the point of origin.it's depressing to find this phone is as horrible as an iPhone.I thought HTC had better standards. Even basic features with the phone were lacking suck as blink feed, an interesting concept, however betty impractical for the miniscule data feeds available.

Biggest problem the fool thing will not connect to my bluetooth or another bluetooth that w.e own. sounds like its a great toy phone but I,m not too happy in the real world

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Rickerson Worst phone ever. Horrible experience.
I've tried this phone for the past week and I have come to the following conclusion; this phone is horrible. I expected a lot more from a phone company that claims they're revolutionary. Also, the sound quality which they claim is "Sharper, richer, louder" is no where near that. Sure, the appearance of this phone may catch your attention, but in my honest opinion, I would not recommend this to anyone. Do not purchase this phone.

Best phone I've had for style, looks, quality and it works and does exactly what it says on the box. It's the right size and feels good to hold, the screen is excellent as is the sound quality. Beats the iPhone don't know about Samsung as I've never had one but from what I've seen I'd rather hold a One.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by eddylop24 Best HTC phone released for Sprint
I went from having the coolest thing which was cool 2 yrs ago the HTC evo 3d to this new piece of technology with a new feel and a better design. I love the way that I paid $260 for the phone with a Outter Box included in the price. When I first saw the phone on the television I fell in love with the beats audio feature. Not only is the sound great but the in ear headphones were a steal, by far I do not regret not changing to Samsung for a $250+ upgrade cost. The feel of the touch screen is awesome even with a screen protector. I just hope HTC does not forget about keeping consumers up to date with newer HTC software other than that the 4 ultra pixels are awesome. All the pictures I've taken look marvelous on the spot and the best part is that they don't come out blurry. This phone is also equipped with a really great processor and has a great feature to save battery depending on your location. One more thing, this review was done through my black on black HTC One. :) I highly recommended this smartphone over the galaxy s4.

HTC One seems great and most people want to try & touch while put it onto the table. But if speaking friendly; not a big difference other great smartphones like galaxy s4 and xperia z but ypu can easily feel the quality while you hold it.
Totally I am satisfied to have it.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Dunc1098 Nothing comes close.
This HTC is the pinnacle of performance, I've previously had an LG Optimus 4X HD which was no slouch, but when it comes down to speed the HTC has all corners covered. I've only had my red HTC ONE for a week and I'm yet to see lag in anything, including heavy games like Infinite Flight which even lags on my 1.6ghz quad core tablet. I had a HTC Incredible S around 2/3 years ago, and I'm happy to say HTC have still kept their game up. The ONE is a beautiful phone to look at and hold, I find myself taking it out of the case just to look at it properly. The best bit is that even though the ONE is meant to be the best HTC, I like how they still care about their older customers who have other HTC's. One of my friends has a ONE X and another a ONE X plus and even though mine has all this power, we all seem to startup our phones just as fast as each other, be it a bit quicker for my ONE. However back to the HTC One, it really is a beautiful phone and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new phone. It even scored 2000 points higher than my friends Galaxy S4 on quadrant standard, despite the HTC having half the number of cores. It truly is a remarkable phone.

I have had HTC for the last 8 years first one was the worst phone ever but the desire was great and i upgraded to HTC one as soon as it lunched in Canada and i am very happy with it. the best smart phone. the picture quality is awesome even in the low light mind you i am still trying to figure the camera options out.
it is super fast i get LTE most of the time. the sound quality is amazing except for youtube.
I wanted to wait for the butterfly to come to Canada but i am glad i didn't HTC one is perfect size and has a very nice grip.
the best of all is the video player. i can watch pretty much any video from put locker, sock share, video weed .... without needing to download any media player. it opens up all the files.
i am very very satisfied with my HTC and i think everybody need to get themselves HTC brand Phone.

I notice that everyone is talking about the camera, or the look, or the feel the internet connection. No one seems to mention the fact that this phone absolutely stinks at what is supposed to do most, MAKE AND RECEIVE PHONE CALLS. I call someone, it disconnects. I call again, it disconnects. I have to lock and unlock my screen to make the call. I receive a call, it doesn't ring. Yesterday my phone locked calling back a number that I didn't even call. The phone wouldn't do anything. It wouldn't disconnect the call. It wouldn't shut down. It wouldn't go back to home screen. Nothing. Since it doesn't have a removable battery, all I could do was push and hold down buttons until it finally reset. It's a $300 piece of junk. I have had it 7 months, and have had nothing but problems with it. I should have spent the money for the Samsung. I will never buy HTC again. My bad, and I'll be stuck with it for another year or more.

I was very excited to ge the HTC One. I actually traded in my Galaxy S4 to get it. The one thing I love to do on my phone is stream Sirius Xm Radio (the fantasy sport channel). Unfortunately on the Htc One that's only possibly when connected to a WI-Fi. If the HTC one isnt connected to wi-fi it will just load, load, and load; and never officially opens. (Other apps like dice with buddies, take about 3 min to load up, a simple dice game.) This means I can't stream the radio while I drive, which I did all day everyday on my Galaxy S4!! I'm now desperately trying to get my S4 back, and is looking like a uphill battle. Please HTC fix this issue.

Changed to the HTC One from the Nokia Lumia 920 and I have to say that I am very impressed with the features and the overall look and feel of the phone. The only issue I have is that the Email client on the Nokia was slightly better and i wish I didn't have to unlock the phone to switch it off :-( For me it has a much better UI than the Samsung...
