Q:Does the built-in browser support Adobe Flash?
A:Internet Explorer currently does not support Adobe Flash.

Q:How do I setup multiple numbers on a single contact?
A:To add multiple numbers (mobile, work, home) to a single contact, please press START > All Apps > People. Next, press and hold a contact that you want to add multiple numbers to, then tap Edit > Add phone, and then enter the number in the phone number field. Tap Phone number type, select the type from the list, then tap Done. Tap Save to finish.
To create a new contact with multiple numbers, please press START > All Apps > People > Add. Set the name, phone (can have more than one number) and other details and then tap Save.

Q:How can I backup my SMS?
A:Please search for 3rd party software that will have this functionality. You can search using Marketplace by tapping START > All apps > Marketplace. Search using the keywords SMS back up.

Q:Which bluetooth profiles and functions does the phone support?
A:The handset supports A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth profiles.

Q:How do I keep the screen from going blank?
A:To adjust the screen timeout, please tap START > All apps > Settings > Lock & wallpaper > Screen time-out > Never.

Q:How do I synchronize my phone with my Google account?
A:You can setup your Google account to sync email and contacts with your handset.
To setup your Google account, please press START > All apps > Settings > Email & accounts > Add an account > Google.

Q:How do I reset my phone back to the factory default settings?
A:Warning: Resetting your phone will erase the phone’s files and settings completely. Remember to back up your phone information and settings.
There are two ways to reset the handset to factory settings:
- Please tap START > All apps > Settings > About > Reset your phone.
- Turn the handset power off, then press and hold VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN simultaneously and turn the handset back on. Press VOLUME DOWN.
NOTE 1: Resetting your handset to factory or manufacturer's default setting will delete all the data stored on your phone memory. Please back up your files first. To back up all of your personal information on your phone, please refer to "How do I back up my phone".

Q:What are my phone's specifications?
A:Your phone's specifications can be found in your User Manual in the Specifications section near the end of the manual. You may also check the Products tab on our website, then choose your phone model and click specifications.

Q:Will I lose all my calendar events, contacts and email if I have to perform a factory reset?
A:Yes, you will lose your data on the phone. You may back up your data to avoid losing it.

Q:How can I edit my signature on my email account?
A:To edit the signature on your email account, please tap START > All apps > Outlook > More > Settings > . Make sure that there is a check on use an email signature, this will enable you to edit the signature in the text box below it.

Installation Instructions:
Follow the instructions below to download and install the update on your phone:
- From your phone device:
(a). With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and VOLUME UP buttons, and then briefly press the POWER button.
(b). Release the VOLUME DOWN and VOLUME UP button after you see the white screen with "security" on left-upper corner. - Use the USB cable to connect your phone with computer, You will see "USB" shown on screen of the phone.
- From your computer:
(a). Click Download which is located at the bottom of this page to download this update (spl_2.6.160015.3_xxx.exe) onto your computer.
(b). Start the software update by executing the download file (spl_2.6.160015.3_xxx.exe), and follow the on-screen instructions.
