Status icons

You can tell a lot about your phone by checking the icons in its status bar.

Here’s what each icon means:

	Signal strength
	GPRS connected
	GPRS in use
	EDGE connected
	EDGE in use
	3G connected
	3G in use
	HSDPA connected
	HSDPA in use
	Roaming
	No signal
	No SIM card installed
	Connected to a Wi-Fi network
	Data synchronizing
	Network sharing is on
	Battery is full
	Battery is charging
	Battery is low (20% remaining)
	Battery is very low (10% remaining)
	Silent mode
	Vibrate mode
	Phone microphone is mute
	Speakerphone is on
	Wired microphone headset connected
	Wired headset connected
	Bluetooth is on
	Connected to a Bluetooth device
	Airplane mode
	GPS is on
	Alarm is set

Notification icons

A busy life means a busy phone. Notification icons on the status bar make it easy for you to keep on top of your messages, calendar events, and alarms.

Here’s what each one means:
